All veterinary consulting services begin with a telephone consultation to discuss both your concerns and goals. We will focus on your vision, mission, and core values as they will be key components to our plan and its success. In addition, we will review hospital documents and financials to gain a better perspective of your current position. Once the initial review is complete, we will meet with key veterinary team leaders to discuss the recommended changes and strategies for moving forward.

Your success is important to us, which is why we help you embrace the recommended changes and strategies. We will provide you with the tools, hands-on experience, and resources to accomplish your goals. Additionally, we will continue to follow up and be an available resource to help ensure your continued success.

  • Half Day On-Site Consultation - Half day on-site consultations include meeting with the owner and manager, observing and speaking with team members, and reviewing key documents. A brief summary report with observations and recommendations will be provided.

  • Full Day On-Site Consultation - Full day on-site consultations include meeting with the owner, manager, and bookkeeper; observing and speaking with team members; and reviewing key documents. A summary report with observations, recommendations, and a strategic plan outline will be provided.

  • Comprehensive On-Site Consultation - Comprehensive on-site consultations include spending three full days at the practice. Time will be spent meeting with the owner,manager, bookkeeper, and team members. A summary report with observations, recommendations, and a strategic plan will be provided. Follow-up phone calls and email access will be provided for six months. Quarterly follow-up visits may also be scheduled.*

  • Telephone Consultations - Telephone consultations are designed for those who need more affordable and immediate advice or assistance in working through common management concerns. Calls may either be scheduled by the half hour or hour.

  • Personalized Coaching & Training - Personalized coaching and training is available for veterinary practice managers, department leaders, kennel team members, veterinary assistants, and client service representatives. This is a great option for both individuals and teams.

  • Speaking Engagements - Speaking engagements may be scheduled for either lunch and learns or for continuing education credits. Christine is currently an approved presenter for the American Association of Veterinary State Boards. If you have a specific topic of interest, contact us today to schedule your next meeting.
